'Tis the Season: Christmas Deliveries and Returns at Wave

The festive season is upon us, and here at Wave, we want to ensure your Christmas shopping experience is as smooth as unwrapping the perfect gift. To make sure it's stress-free, we've put together some important information about our deliveries and returns policies.

Christmas Deliveries

• Last Day for Shipping: To guarantee your packages arrive in time for Christmas, please note that the last day for shipping is December 20th (Wednesday). This ensures ample time for delivery attempts and any necessary re-attempts.

Christmas Returns

We understand that the perfect gift isn't always easy to find. That's why we've extended our returns period to bring you extra peace of mind during this festive season.

• Purchases Between November 23rd, 2023, and January 4th, 2023: If you make a purchase during this period, you have until January 18th, 2023, to reach out to our Customer Services team and request an unwanted return. We want you to feel confident in your choices, especially when shopping for your loved ones. Please note, that spas must be unopened to be eligible for return. 

• Purchases From January 5th, 2023 Onwards: For those shopping after January 4th, the standard 14-day return policy still applies.
