Spa Sparkle is an organic polymer, polisher and clarifier for treating spa water. It collects small particles, the cause of spa water cloudiness, and forms them into larger ones. These larger particles are then removed by your filtration system.

Application

Ensure that your filter has been cleaned prior to application and that circulation is on. Proceed in pouring 25mls of WAVE™ Spa Sparkle directly into the spa at capacity (1000L). Add to the spa water with the filtration system running and keep it running for at least 1 hour.

After 12 hours check the filter cartridge and if required, hose down and remove the residual debris.

Increase the frequency of this dose if your spa is used regularly. This product can be used daily and as a problem solver for a cloudy spa.

The spa may be used immediately after treatment. Never mix with any other chemicals. Always wash your hands after using spa chemicals. Shake bottle before use. Keep locked up and out of the reach of children.

Returns Policy

We're happy to accept returns should the item not suit or is faulty in anyway. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

Change of Mind

Providing the product hasn't been opened items can be returned to Wave within 14 days from date of receipt. The cost of the return will need to be covered by the returner on the terms that there is no fault or mistake made by the seller. Please contact our customer care team via customercare@wavespas.com before you send you purchase back to be advised through the returns process.

Faulty

If you have received a faulty item, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please contact customercare@wavespas.com to be advised on the return for refund process. If you bring our attention to a fault outside the 30 day period you are eligible for a replacement - the warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows:

• 1 year for the heater unit/pump
• 6 months for the spa liner

Damage

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify customercare@wavespas.com within 14 working days of receipt.

Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of Spas or Spa Accessories if you have opened the seal (with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival).
