  • They filter out dirt and grime from the water
  • Prevent this dirt from getting into the pump and heater
  • You should clean/ replace each filter after use or every 4 -5 days ( 150 hours ) of constant use
  • We advise you shower before every use of your Wave™ hot tub to wash off natural oils and dirt
  • Please note these filters are not compatible with 2019 hot tubs and before
  • Also compatible with INTEX hot tubs

Returns Policy

We're happy to accept returns should the item not suit or is faulty in anyway. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

Change of Mind

Providing the product hasn't been opened items can be returned to Wave within 14 days from date of receipt. The cost of the return will need to be covered by the returner on the terms that there is no fault or mistake made by the seller. Please contact our customer care team via customercare@wavespas.com before you send you purchase back to be advised through the returns process.

Faulty

If you have received a faulty item, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please contact customercare@wavespas.com to be advised on the return for refund process. If you bring our attention to a fault outside the 30 day period you are eligible for a replacement - the warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows:

• 1 year for the heater unit/pump
• 6 months for the spa liner

Damage

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify customercare@wavespas.com within 14 working days of receipt.

Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of Spas or Spa Accessories if you have opened the seal (with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival).
